NEOM’s Board of Directors recently announced its latest offering, Norlana, a wellness-focused, active lifestyle community located on the Gulf of Aqaba’s coastline.
Norlana will be home to an exclusive community of 3,000 residents across a portfolio of 711 residential properties.
Properties include deluxe mansions, spacious apartments and beach villas integrated with the surrounding dunes.
It will also feature a state-of-the-art 120-berth marina and an 18-hole golf course alongside an equestrian and polo centre with “world-class facilities” situated nearby.
This announcement follows a series of other recent announcements of Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, and Utamo, also dubbed “sustainable tourism destinations” that are located in the Gulf of Aqaba.
