SEE Holding has been awarded with two accolades at the International Property Awards 2024 in London, it has announced.
The company was recognised in two categories: “Best Sustainable Residential Development” for The Sustainable City and “Best Public Service Development” for Sanad Village.
The company explained that Sustainable City in Dubai is designed around the three pillars of sustainability: social, environmental, and economic.
Further, it shared that the city, which is at full occupancy, has achieved a 78 per cent lower carbon footprint per capita, 89 per cent waste diversion from landfills, and 40 per cent less water consumption compared to regional averages.
The community is home to 3,000 residents from 65 nationalities.
This concept, it was shared, is also being replicated in Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Yiti in Oman, with a pipeline of additional projects around the globe.
