Venture studio VMS and Clara, a legaltech startup have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at supporting startups in the MENA region.
The two parties explained that the strategic partnership leverages Clara’s expertise in demystifying legal complexities for startups with VMS’s comprehensive resources, knowledge, and network.
Further, it is aimed at reducing risks for startups to ensure a more secure and successful growth trajectory.
Through the partnership, Clara will offer accessible legal guidance to help startups set up, scale, and exit their businesses.
VMS, meanwhile, will provide entrepreneurs with resources, expert insights, and networking opportunities.
