ACWA Power and LONGi recently signed a framework agreement at the 17th International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy (SNEC) Conference and Exhibition in Shanghai.
Bart Boesmans, CTO of ACWA Power, said that the agreement will “deepen the cooperation” of both parties, particularly in high-technology applications in the solar industry.
Meanwhile, Dennis She, Vice President of LONGi, said that the company is focusing on innovation and R&D and will support its strategic partner ACWA Power with “the best technology” and ensure the lifecycle quality of the product.
LONGi focuses on technological innovation in five areas: monocrystalline wafers, cells and modules, distributed generation solar solutions, utility plant system solutions, and hydrogen equipment solutions.
