The Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has announced that it has been certified by Great Place To Work, one of the largest organisations specialising in developing workplace environments.
The FTA reportedly met all the criteria set by Great Place to Work by implementing several key initiatives, practices and quality programs that focus on enhancing the workplace environment and driving optimal development of human capital.
Commenting on the certification, Jasim Haddad, Director of Human Resources at the Federal Tax Authority, said: “At the FTA, we strive to apply international best practices, ensuring a safe work environment conducive to growth and innovation.
