Ghafa Sustainability, Atsuya Technologies Sign MoU for Sustainability Solutions

The UAE’s Ghafa Sustainability and Energy Solutions LLC and Atsuya Technologies Pvt Ltd have signed an MoU aimed at cooperation in energy optimisation, water consumption, and enhancing energy efficiency.

According to the two parties, the agreement will facilitate the development of IoT and AI-powered solutions and covers several key areas, including:

  • Sustainable energy technologies,
  • Research and development,
  • Energy efficiency,
  • Capacity building and knowledge sharing to promote sustainable best practices, and
  • Energy monitoring and regulation.

We look forward to working together to create impactful projects that contribute to a greener and more sustainable future,” said Rahul Ganapathy, CEO of Atsuya Technologies Pvt Ltd.

The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the Investopia Global Talks held in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and was witnessed by H.E. Alia bint Abdulla Al Mazrouei, the Minister of State for Entrepreneurship.

H.E. Alia Al Mazrouei said the strategic partnership centres on the creation of “innovative businesses” and new solutions that “harness cutting-edge technologies.”

“Moreover, this agreement will bolster the future prospects for the sustainable energy field in the country and reinforce its leadership in this vital sector at both regional and international levels,” H.E. Alia Al Mazrouei added.
