This week, water-from-air solutions company Ma Hawa announced the launch of its “sustainable drinking water bottles” in the UAE.
The water is produced and bottled at its production facility, which operates on renewable energy sources using Watergen patent technology.
The glass bottles, containing water produced from its water-from-air technology, will be at ADNOC and Union Coop outlets, the company shared.
Initially, in September, the bottles will be available at Union Coop branches in Al Wasl, Jumeirah, Umm Suqeim, Al Barsha, Midriff and Al Warqa and in ten ADNOC outlets across the country.
The product will subsequently be expanded to an additional 90 ADNOC locations.
“By providing consumers with a high-quality, eco-friendly hydration option, we aim to empower individuals to make conscious choices that benefit both themselves and the planet. Ma Hawa is more than just a product; it’s a step towards a greener future,” commented Ahmed Assim, Head of retail sales at Ma Hawa.
Ma Hawa is an Emirati brand owned by Baynunah Watergeneration Technologies SP LLC.
