Global Clean Cities Expo 2024, of which ESG Mena was a proud media partner, recently concluded in Dubai.
Held under the patronage of the UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment from the 5th to 6th of March, the event brought together key players from across clean energy, waste management, smart infrastructure, e-mobility, circular economy, city beautification and other related sectors, and featured an exhibition, a parallel conference and networking breaks.
Notable exhibitors included Masdar, Tadweer, AESG, Damac, Sharaf Future, Atarfil, Carpi Tech, Evac, Kazam, Food Recycle International, BuymEV, Renie, Clearbot, Ibn Al Nafees, Organic Recycling, Almasa, Hygientech, Suntec, Aquabiotestlab, Aryav Green Energy, Chakr Innovation, and many more. The exhibits mainly put the spotlight on how to transform the clean city sector landscape into a futuristic one.
The conference sessions witnessed contributions from key speakers from prominent organisations and departments including UAE Sustainable Development Research and Training Institute, Tadweer, MOCCAE, Emirates Development Bank, ne’ma, Aldar, Masdar City, AESG, Damac, MESIA, Department of Municipalities and Transport, Al Futtaim Electric Mobility, Alstom, Diamond Developers, Schneider Electric, Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council and several others.
The event provided a platform for knowledge-sharing, networking, and collaboration, and addressed key challenges such as waste management, sustainable transportation, renewable energy integration, and smart urban development.
