Amal Counsel, a UAE-based private non-profit counselling service, has announced that it is launching a series of free community workshops and webinars.
The upcoming series of workshops and webinars, beginning 2nd February, will feature Instagram Live sessions every Friday and expand into March with both Instagram Live and webinar sessions.
The sessions, it was shared, are designed to provide the community with insights into various mental health topics like coping with change, parenting and family dynamics, body image and self-esteem, and emotional intelligence.
Amal Counsel explained that these sessions aim to create a safe space where individuals can ask questions, share concerns, and access information on mental health and well-being without fear of judgment.
Speaking about the initiative, Naila Al Moosawi, Founder of Amal Counselling For a Better Tomorrow (CFBT), said: “Amal Counsel recognizes the vital role of our community in forging a path to hope and healing. Our mission extends beyond our region but looks to cultivating resilient communities worldwide. Our vision is not only to save lives but to empower young individuals to overcome adversity, find solace in their community, and embrace a future where youth mental health thrives.”
